Legal - Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

DevPlusOps LLC ("DevPlusOps", "we", "us") operates the website at devplusops.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form. When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, project budget and the message you send.
  • Newsletter. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address.
  • Voice assistant. The Site offers an AI voice assistant. If you choose to start a conversation, we capture the audio of that conversation, a transcript of it, and any details you share during it (such as your name or contact information). The assistant is powered by automated speech recognition and a large language model; its answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.
  • Email. If you email us at [email protected], we keep the correspondence.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you visit and the time you spend on them. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).

How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site and the voice assistant, including reviewing conversation recordings to improve the assistant's accuracy.
  • To understand how the Site is used, through aggregated analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed to run the Site:

  • CRM and email (GoHighLevel, HubSpot) to store contact and newsletter submissions and send email.
  • Hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services) to serve the Site and store voice-assistant recordings.
  • Voice and AI providers (LiveKit and speech-recognition and language-model providers) to run the voice assistant in real time.
  • Analytics (HubSpot) to measure Site usage.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in who controls your data.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies set by us and by HubSpot to keep the Site working, remember your preferences and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site may not work correctly if you do.

Data retention

We keep contact and newsletter data for as long as we have a business relationship with you or until you ask us to delete it. Voice-assistant recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask for earlier deletion. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege credentials, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers store data primarily in the United States and the European Union. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in those locations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, and will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of the EU, UK and Switzerland may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and social media profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be announced on the Site.
